School Management System

SMS2000 is an Integrated Student Information Fee Invoicing, Collection, School Time Table and Examination Results system. The system allows fast and efficient processing of student registration, fee invoicing and collection. It automatically maintains the balances of all invoices issued and collections made.

SMS2000 is a Windows application, enabling you to benefit from Windows features. It is Windows itself. It is highly user friendly, easy to understand, simple to operate and flexible enough to meet the demands of even large sized school and colleges.
 		                                            
The basic modules covered in School Management System ate as follows :-

3- Fee Invoicing & Reminder Notices 
4- Collection
5- Timetable Management
6- Examination Results Management

Student Information Management


Under this module the system keeps complete record of all students studying in the school. The information has been classified into 3 sections. These are :-

A ) personal Information

B  ) Education History

C ) Fee Information

In addition to this the system maintains complete history of fee invoicing, fee collection, and examination/test results.

Parent/Guardian Management - Fee Invoicing


 
Under this module system maintains essential particulars of the parents/ guardians whose children / ward are studying in the school.

Under this module the system generates fee invoices for each parent.

The system generates fee invoices on the basis of the fee structure relevant to the current fee period. The  system has the flexibility of defining the fee periods.

Collection

Under this module the system generates on-line “ Collection Receipt “ and updates the outstanding.


At any point of time during the day the system can generate “ details of collections today “ and “ summary of collections today”


Examination Results Management


 Under this module the system provides a user-friendly facility of entering the marks obtained by each student of the class. In return the system compiles the results both for the class and the student. And also maintains the history of results of various tests taken by the student during his/her stay in the school .
